REFUND POLICY

 

• DO NOT WRITE IN OR SOIL YOUR BOOK

IF YOU ARE NOT POSITIVE YOU WILL KEEP IT. Low enrollment classes are subject to cancellation. We cannot give a full refund if book is marked or soiled.
We reserve the right to pass judgement on condition of refund items.

• CHECK YOUR RECEIPT

Keep It - You Must present it for any exchange or refund.
Absolutely No Refund Without A Register Receipt.

• FULL REFUND
  
  Will be given on textbooks the first three weeks of the semester.
  Books must be in mint and saleable condition.

Only 75% refund if books are marked or soiled.

After the first three weeks, refund made only if returned within seven (7) calendar days from date of purchase.

 

• DEFECTIVE NEW BOOKS AND/OR USED BOOKS FALLING APART.

We will replace at no charge and should be returned At Once accompanied by the register receipt. We will not replace if returned in the middle or latter part of the semester.  

• TRADE BOOKS (including dictionaries), CLOTHING & SUPPLIES (including art supplies)

Exchange or refund made only if returned within seven (7) calendar days from date of purchase.

 

• SALE ITEMS - All sale items are Final. Absolutely no refund on sale items.

 

• COMPUTERS, COMPUTER SOFTWARE & ALL INK CARTRIDGES. ALL SALES FINAL - ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND!!
